From first offer to settlement.

Six clear steps, with every commitment written into the contract.

    Share your offer

    Send the grade, quantity, location and loading port — with photos or analysis reports if available.

  2. 02

    Evaluation

    Our team reviews the material against grade specifications and confirms indicative pricing.

  3. 03

    Contract

    Quantity, specification, pricing, delivery and payment terms are fixed in a written contract.

  4. 04

    Pre-shipment inspection

    Material is inspected and certified before loading, as required for metal scrap imports into India.

  5. 05

    Shipment

    Containers are loaded and shipped to the agreed Indian port of discharge with full documentation.

  6. 06

    Receipt & settlement

    On arrival, material is screened and verified at our facility, and payment is settled per contract.

Documents required

Paperwork that clears Indian customs.

Metal scrap imports into India are tightly regulated. Each shipment must travel with complete, consistent documents.

How we import lawfully

  1. Grade description, HS code, quantity, unit price and Incoterm.

  2. Container-wise net and gross weights, with weighbridge tickets.

  3. Issued by the carrier for each shipment.

  4. Confirming the country where the scrap was generated.

  5. From an inspection agency recognised by DGFT, confirming the consignment is free of radioactive contamination, explosives and hazardous material.

  6. Photos of the material and of container stuffing, as supporting evidence.

On arrival

Every consignment screened, every grade verified.

Radiation detection, magnetic separation and Spectro / XRF analysis at our own facility.
